THe best way to learn to use the aneros is to go the the aneros training link. There is a great manual with lots of tips in using the aneros massage toy.

I personally have found that the best way to make sure you have enough lubrication is to use a lub tube.

This makes inserting lubrication next to the prostate very easily. I find if I do not do this I do not get as much pleasure waves when using the aneros.

The other key in learning how to use the aneros is to spend more time massaging the anal opening. Most men are rather tight in this area and it can take me 10 minutes to fully relax the anus before penetration. I suggest to really spend time relaxing. I use differing sizes butt plugs to do this easily.
